R&D management procedure:

1. The Business Department is responsible for visiting various mines, seeking cooperation, obtaining ore samples and taking them back to the R&D Department;

2. After receiving the ore samples and R&D instructions, the R&D Department shall organize the R&D team, determine the person in charge, prepare the R&D plan, and prepare the Reagents Development Plan;

3. The person in charge shall determine various technical contents according to the plan, the characteristics and requirements of ore samples, and transmit them to all laboratory personnel to prepare the Reagents Development List;

4. The R&D personnel shall carry out product R&D according to the requirements of the list. The Chief Technical Engineer shall convene relevant personnel of the company to demonstrate the scheme. After the scheme is approved, the person in charge shall carry out R&D according to the approved scheme;

5. After the research and development of new agents, the products shall be tested and verified;

6. After passing the test and verification, the product will be applied to mine production.
